A brightly colored thing flies by you. What do you think it is. Is it a fly, no or could it be a musceto..... It's a Butterfly!!! But, it's so beautiful that you want to learn about it. If you do,This is the right place to do that.
Have you ever wondered about butterflies. Here are some of the things that you could do. First of all, you can do the project with a partner or by yourself. In addition, choose one butterfly that you or your team wants to research. Also, choose 3 to 5 tasks. Research the species, the lifecycle, where it is found, the scientific name ,what plants it eats, and what type of habitat it lives in.

You'll need to brainstorm idea's. You can also, use crayons, markers, paper,felt, etc. to make the lifecycle and the way your butterfly looks like.
Here are some steps to get you going.
Choose 1 butterfly of your choice or groups choice, from the following sites.
Draw the lifecycle of the butterfly that you choose, with the materials.
Look under at resources, and find the scientific name, where your butterfly is found, and the plants it eats.
Find a site that tells where your butterfly's habitat.
Make a poster or diarama showing all of the tasks

Make either a diarama or poster and you can grade your project by yourselfby a rubric or your teacher could. the rubric must be graded by a 1234or5. here are some things the rubric includes. If the topic was clearly defined. If if the stepswere accurately identified and understood. If the project included all of the tasks needed. If it was neat. lastly if you understood facts about your butterfly.
