Healthy Hearts Healthy Hearts provides instruction regarding how tobacco, nutrition and exercise choices made now effect you later. It is a free web-based interactive learning program with teacher resources, as well as, student lessons. Students are presented information and take quizzes to earn points. It also addresses ELA as it allows them to share their ideas with others when they answer a Dear Gabby letter. They can also enter their physical activity and diet in a log and get feedback about what they ate and how active they were. And finally, they can see questions that students from around the nation have asked an expert.
